In this workshop we will expand on what you learned in Why Do I Keep Doing That?
You will learn how brain chemistry is affected by stress
What the "second brain" is and how to keep it healthy for proper neurotransmitter production
You will also develop your own personal healing plan by working through and evaluations of your brain chemistry function
You will go home with personal healing plan outlining what supplements, exercise, and eating plan may be best for you.

Your workshop Teachers
Dr. Pauline Dillard
This workshop is taught by Dr. Pauline Dillard Exec Dir/CEO of Dunamas Center Ministries. She has Ph.D. in Christian Clinical Psychology. While currently she spends most of her time helping couples to build healthy marriages, she is also a PTSD specialist, and has been studying, teaching, and training in psychonutrition since 1982. She has a passion for helping people to be healed in Christ; body, mind and spirit and is gifted in discernment, word of knowledge, teaching and encouragement.
Catherine Pearson
Catherine Pearson is a former birth educator for Dunamas® Center Ministries. With a heart for how God made our bodies and how we are made by God and how we are to care for them she went on to become a nutrition and health coach. She is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC), Certified Recovery Nutrition Coach (CRNC) and also holds a B.S. of Economics. She is excited to join Dr, Pauline in helping you develop your own personal health plan.
